Milagros Kleiner

Milagros Kleiner has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently serves as Banyan’s Executive Vice President of Human Resources, where her depth of knowledge of all aspects of the organization helps ensure that the firm’s associates are aligned with its client-centric, motivated culture. Milagros will continue to play a supportive role in Business Operations. Prior to her move to HR, she served as Chief Compliance Officer.

Milagros was the former Compliance Officer and handled overall business operations for Oaktree Asset Management, a New York-based investment advisory firm acquired by Banyan in 2009. From 1987-1998, Milagros held several management roles at JPMorgan Chase. During her tenure at Chase, Milagros participated in the Transition Team of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department, overseeing the integration of processes and products at individual branches during the Chase/Chemical merger.  

Milagros holds a master’s degree in Finance from St. John’s University and completed her Bachelor of Science at Adelphi University.
