Sebastian Leburn, CFA, has expertise in investment leadership, including portfolio design, strategy and management. Sebastian is the former Chief Investment Officer of a Florida-based independent investment adviser acquired by Banyan, where he oversaw the company’s investment portfolios with the goal of maximizing risk-adjusted returns and creating long-term value for the firm’s clients.

Sebastian has more than a decade of investment experience in portfolio design, strategy, securities selection and asset allocation. A featured speaker at numerous investment conferences around the country, Sebastian has also made several national television appearances, including on CNBC-TV, to discuss investment positioning, market outlook and wealth management strategies.

Sebastian earned a master’s degree in Economics from Florida State University. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of South Florida.
